Community Board

Hi Shelley. Thanks so much for going ahead with the board. I went on leave on 2/7, and contacting you was just one of the things that didn’t get done. Back today, and I’ve already heard the concert was a great success with nearly 100 in the audience and around $1400 raised for asylum seeker classes at the Neighbourhood House. So many thanks to you in particular and Rendina in general for you contribution to that result. Warm regards, Gwen.

Western Health Foundation

Hi Shelley Hope you are well! Thank you so much for all your help with the recent Night of Nights event! The evening was a great success. We are proud to announce that thanks to your generosity, we exceeded our fundraising goal and raised over $63,000 to support best care for women of the west with breast cancer. These funds will be used to purchase a Diagnostic Film Digitiser, which will enable clinicians to view a patient’s mammogram film at any time, by any clinician in the hospital.

Moonee Ponds West Primary School

Dear Rendina Real Estate, On behalf of Moonee Ponds West Primary School, committee, staff, students, the rest of the school community and myself, I would like to thank you very much for the support towards our annual school fete. The fete was a great success and your support contributed to a wonderful community day. The money raised will go towards supporting existing programs at the school. Your organisation will be acknowledged for it's donation in our weekly newsletter. This will be done on more than one occasion. Once again, thank you for supporting our state primary school. Vendor Testimonial

Hi Lou, I would just like to pay you a personal compliment via your staff email because I think it is absolutely correct and I would like to recognise it and for it to be recognised. To be short and sweet as I don't write too many such compliments, but I find your personal persona professionally different to most others (particularly real estate agents) said in the nicest voice as I was one once. I don't know you really in anything other than being an agent, however since my first phone call to you about 79 McCracken Street you treated my phone call as if it is the only one you had for the day and nothing else was more important. Meeting you in person it was no different. I know by then that there was a house sale hanging in the balance but I still felt I was your priority. You have a communication style that emanates that you are listening and that the person talking to you is front and centre. And while it has been many years since we have met in person or even spoken, your persona (for want of a better word) allowed for communication to happen as if we had spoken every day for years. To me it is a very rare quality or skill that has become a quality, secured my sale and it was a pleasure to transact the sale through you. Many thanks and I am happy if anyone in the office sees this. Regards Tom

Christ Church Kensington

Dear Shelley, Thanks to you and the firm for erecting signs at our Epsom Road and McCracken street frontages and also for doing so promptly as requested. The concert was held last night and was a considerable success. 71 people attended and, due to their generously, the considerable sum of $1388.00 was raised. This money will be donated to The Kensington Neighbourhood House in McCracken Street to support the work they do teaching asylum seekers English and supporting them in that way. There was a brief talk from a representative who explained how previous donations from previous concerts have been used. The contribution that the Rendina firm has made by supplying and erecting the signs was specifically acknowledged. We would be grateful if, on our behalf, you could thank those at your end who are responsible and let then know that they have contributed to a successful community event that has raised significant money to assist people in genuine need. Best wishes, Russell Byard, Chairperson of the congregation of Christ Church Kensington.
