I would like to thank Sales Manager Richard Rendina, Nathan Collyer and the team at Rendina Real Estate, for their tireless efforts in successfully selling my property. Richard’s outstanding knowledge of the market, couple professional closing and negotiating skills provided me the highest level of confidence that my property would sell above and beyond my asking price.
The initial conversation started as Richard has been maintaining an ongoing contact over years of me owning the property. It didn’t even cross my mind to consider any other agents as his persistence of contact earned the right to sell the house. We started with an inspection valuation on the house as it was, and what my intentions and requirements were to sell the house. Like all vendors, I wanted the highest price having to spend as little money possible. He quickly strategized a few minor little tweaks with minimal light renovations and a very tasteful designed to take an average house, to an immaculate house that would sell at any auction. He even provided with some trusted contacts to help get it turned on time and on budget.
We both agreed on a date of auction 6 weeks out, and the proceeded with the full marketing campaign. The photos produced to showcase the house were impressive, almost enough for me to buy my own house back from myself. As each inspection took place, a thorough update of potential buyers was given as soon as the inspections were over. He even on occasion went above and beyond to provide private inspections to those serious buyers outside normal hours.
Due to his marketing and selling strategies, there were an abundance of prospective buyers. He was so confident in his buyers that we decided to bring the auction forward weeks in advance and auction it on a Thursday night. Richard himself, accredited as an auctioneer, called the auction. It started quick, and ended quicker high and well above my reserved price by over 15%. There were some strong bids called, and as we almost came to the end Richard persisted to push it for everything it was worth. His auction results are considered the highest record price to date in the area and type of property is.

Easy & Open Process, Great Outcome
Nathan and Richard were true professionals throughout the process - getting our house on the market in a quick but very considered fashion, keeping us informed throughout the sales process and ultimately negotiating a stellar price.
This was our first time selling property and needed a good outcome as a launching point to our next property. I interviewed 6 agents and chose Nathan and Richard as they were excited about the property and the potential, but were also realistic about where my property sat. They didn't try to buy the listing through appraising it at a ridiculously high price (a few agents certainly did that) and I was impressed by their negotiation skills used in trying to obtain my listing (not aggressive, just very confident and credible in their pitch).
