You'd be kicking yourself now if you missed out by not paying that extra.” A keen squash and tennis player whose children have also been active in local sport, Leigh's enthusiasm is fuelled by the area's lifestyle benefits.

“With its parks, schools and waterways, the North West has been transformed as an ideal place to raise a family. Aberfeldie and Maribyrnong are prime examples, and that is only affirmed by Flemington recently being mentioned on Channel 9's Today show as one of Australia's real estate hotspots.”
